Our Vision TTCI’s vision is to be the worldwide provider for high-value rail transportation technology development, testing, standards, and training. Our Facility TTCI manages the Federal Railroad Administrations’ (FRA) Transportation Technology Center (TTC), located just 21 miles northeast of Pueblo, Colorado. TTC is operated under a care, custody, and control contract with the FRA. This 52-square mile, secure and remote site operates with a vast array of specialized testing facilities and railways.
